For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to the current legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 18, 2011 No. 1229 "About approval of the Standard of administrative service in provision of information (data or excerpt) from the Unified register of objects of state-owned property", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 9, 2011 for No. 1066/19804.
2. To provide to management of information technologies and monitoring of Department of exchange activities and information technologies submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund according to functional obligations.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
