the state list of educational editions - the list of the educational editions having signature stamp of the central executive body to which competence questions of education, and the state educational standards of the basic of general (complete) of average of general corresponding to components, initial professional, average professional and higher education are carried;
availability of educational editions - provision by the student and to pedagogical workers of opportunity to use on a grant basis the educational editions included in the state list from library stock of educational institution, necessary for development of the appropriate main educational programs;
