About modification of Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Add the Rules of provision by the federal government civil servant of one-time subsidy for acquisition of premises approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 27, 2009 No. 63 (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 6, Art. 739; No. 51, Art. 6328; 2010, No. 9, Art. 963; No. 52, Art. 7104; 2013, No. 13, Art. 1559), item 4 (1) following content:

"4(1). The civil servant accepted on accounting in federal state body for receipt of lump sum payment who is bringing up 3 and more of his children registered at the place of residence together with it and (or) children of his spouse (spouses) has the privilege to receipt of lump sum payment. As such children are considered:

children aged up to 18 years;

children are more senior than 18 years which became disabled people before achievement of age by them 18 years;

the children aged up to 23 years studying in the educational organizations performing educational activities for full-time courses.".
