About measures for further enhancement of system of the organization of passenger transport in Tashkent

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of the organization of urban passenger transportation, increase in safety and quality of passenger traffic, ensuring rational and effective operation of comfortable buses, strengthening of financial and economic condition of transport organizations, widespread introduction of modern information and communication technologies in management of passenger traffic:

1. Consider the major tasks and the directions of further enhancement of system of the organization of urban passenger transportation:

implementation on system basis of inspections of passenger flows on all types of urban public transport of Tashkent for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the organization of passenger traffic, further optimization of bus routes, determination of rational quantity of railway vehicles;

introduction of essentially new system of the operation of railway vehicles providing effective use on one route of buses of big and average capacity depending on intensity of passenger traffic in different time of day;

optimization of schemes of city and suburban routes with carrying out of terminal stopping points of suburban routes along the Tashkent belt road with construction of passenger bus stations, creation of platforms for the parking of suburban linear taxi in the places of change, most convenient for passengers;

 implementation in system of urban passenger transportation of modern information and communication technologies on management of city passenger traffic, strict observance of schedules and intervals of public transport service, systems of remote control (GPS) in the online mode behind movement of railway vehicles;

increase in efficiency and profitability of financial and economic activities of the companies of urban public transport, reducing production and non-productive costs, effective use of fuels and lubricants, ensuring payback of vehicles;

 enhancement of the system of material work incentives of employees of transport enterprises directed to increase in share of the stimulating payments to base wage rate.
