1. Accept the offer of the State inspection of the Republic of Uzbekistan on supervision of safety of flights about opening of the airports of the cities of Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, Qarshi and Termez for the international flights.
2. NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari together with the State inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights to organize preparation and publication of data on the status of the airports of the cities of Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, Qarshi and Termez in the international collections of aeronautical information.
3. To service of state security, the State Customs Committee, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to perform border, customs, health and veterinary control, and also passport and visa providing at check points of the airports of the cities of Andijan, Namangan, Fergana, Qarshi and Termez according to the procedure, established by the legislation.
