1. Agree with the offer of khokimiyat of the Samarkand region, the Ministry of physical culture and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan about creation based on children's and youth sports school in rowing sports under Management for culture and sport of the Samarkand region, at the address: The Samarkand region, the Samarkand district, village assembly of citizens of K¸shtamgali, the village of Konigil, Respublikanskoy of specialized Children's and Youth Sports School of Olympic Reserve in rowing sports under the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on physical culture and sport (further - RSDYuSShOR on rowing sports).

2. Determine that:

 RSDYuSShOR on rowing sports is the out-of-school sports educational institution performing the activities according to Regulations on the sports schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan financed from the Government budget, the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 23, 2010 No. 211 "About further enhancement of activities of sports schools and systems of material work incentives of trainers and specialists of sports schools";

 RSDYuSShOR main activity on rowing sports is training of the athletes of high qualification capable to fill up the lists of trainees and the main national teams of the republic and regions, development of rowing sports in disciplines – rowing and rowing on kayak and canoe;

 acceptance of pupils athletes in RSDYuSShOR on rowing sports is performed from among the exceptional children who had preliminary training at the sports schools and clubs having necessary sports data to occupation rowing sports and the corresponding potential of high-class athletes;
