In connection with the introduction in action since 23.07.2013 "About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine"-1 and since 01.09.2013 resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine "About limiting establishment of the amount of payments with cash"-2 (further - the Resolution No. 210) and changes to Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine (further - the Provision) the National Bank of Ukraine informs resolutions of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine on the following.

According to requirements of the Resolution No. 210 cash calculations between physical person and the company (entrepreneur) for goods (works, services) shall not exceed 150000 hryvnias. Physical persons among themselves according to purchase and sale agreements which are subject to the notarial certificate can be calculated cash in the amount of no more than 150000 hryvnias. The limiting amount of payments with cash of the companies (entrepreneurs) among themselves within one day remains invariable and constitutes 10000 hryvnias.
