About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 3, 2005 No. 1567 "About the Code of honor of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 3, 2005 No. 1567 "About the Code of honor of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 19, Art. 225; 2011, No. 30, Art. 365) following changes:

in the Code of honor of government employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Rules of office ethics of government employees) approved by the above-named Decree:

Item 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. Government employees shall:

2) to be committed to policy of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to consistently put it into practice, the actions to strengthen the authority of the government, not to allow making of the actions capable to discredit institutes of the state;

3) to provide observance and protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of physical persons and legal entities, not to allow manifestation of bureaucracy and red tape by consideration of their addresses, at the scheduled time to take necessary measures for addresses;

4) to keep and strengthen trust of society to public service, the state and its institutes;

5) to promote strengthening of unity of the people of Kazakhstan and interethnic concord in the country, to relate validly to state and to other languages, traditions and customs of the people of Kazakhstan,
