state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish the minimum retail prices on 20 (twenty) filtered cigarettes:
1) till December 31, 2013 in the amount of hundred thirty tenges;
2) since January 1, 2014 in the amount of hundred fifty tenges.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
