Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of reduction of the "Provision on single migratory information system of the Public Migratory Service of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2010 No. 276 in compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About registration at the place of residence and the place of stay" of March 5, 2013 No. 582-IVQD, I decide:

In the "Provision on single migratory information system of the Public Migratory Service of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 4, 2010 No. 276 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 6, Article 491; 2011, No. 11, Article 995) to make the following changes:

1. give Item 7.5 in the following edition:

"7.5. Information on registration on the residence and place of stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship";".

2. Add Item 10.22-1 of the following content:

"10.22-1. entering into System of data on registration in the place of stay of foreigners and stateless persons;".

3. give Item 11.7 in the following edition:

"11.7. Hotels, sanatoria, rest houses, boarding houses, campings, tourist bases, hospitals or other public places:

11.7.0. the information about the foreigners and persons without citizenship remaining in these parts;".

4. exclude subitem 13.1.4.
