Proceeding from results of consideration of the case and being guided by Item 2 of Article 100, article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, Articles 63, 64 i72 the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Constitutional Court", the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia
DECIDED:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Agreement on avoidance of double taxation and prevention of evasion signed on July 14, 2011 in Dublin between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the Government of Ireland from the taxation concerning taxes on the income and property conform to requirements of the Constitution of RA.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
