About modification of the regulatory legal act

1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of February 18, 1998 No. 284 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of shares (shares, shares) belonging to the state, in the authorized capital of subjects of managing", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 1998 for No. 180/2620 (with changes) (further - the order), the following changes:

1) in the text of the order and the Procedure for transfer of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine for shares (shares, shares) belonging to the state, in the authorized capital of subjects of managing, approved by the order (further - the Procedure) to replace the words "complete property complex" and "Department of Investment Projects and Property Abroad" in all cases respectively with the words "complete (single) property complex" and "Management of the Interstate Property Relations and Investing Activities" in cases;

The word "open" to replace 2) in item 4 of the order with the word of "public";

Item 9 of the Procedure to state 3) in the following edition:

"9. After revenues to the account of state body of privatization of full amount of compensation determined according to Item 8 of this Procedure, the certificate of compensation payment is provided to the subject of managing (appendix 3) which is the basis for write-off from its balance of the cost of long-term financial investments.".

2. Add the Procedure with new appendix 3, that is applied.
