In the "Charter of the Azerbaijani Open joint stock company of melioration and water economy" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 17, 2006 No. 149 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 6, Article 576; 2008, No. 6, Articles 584, 586; 2010, No. 6, Article 566, No. 11, Article 1039) to make the following changes:
