In "The charter of Azerbaijani TV and Radio Broadcasting Private company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 18, 2005 No. 106 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 6, Article 542; 2006, No. 11, Article 1003; 2009, No. 1, Article 22) to make the following changes:
