Chapter 1. General provisions

Article 1. Main terms

1. In this Law the mercenary is designated by the term:

1. 1) the person who is specially enlisted or hired in the state or beyond its limits by foreign state or the foreign organizations (including international), groups or physical persons for the purpose of participation in armed conflict, in military operations or in act of terrorism, and at the same time this person:

a) is not the citizen of the state participating in the conflict person who is constantly living in its territory the citizen or the permanent resident of the state in which there is armed conflict, military operations or terrorist attack is conducted;

b) is not part of armed forces, polices (militia) or other structures of military organization of the state on which side person is involved in armed conflict, military operations or acts of terrorism, or that state in the territory of which they occur;
