DECIDED:
1. The obligations enshrined in the Convention on collection signed on March 18, 1970 in the Hague abroad of proofs on civil and trade cases (with clause and statements)", correspond to the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia.
2. According to part two of article 102 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia this Resolution is final and becomes effective from the moment of announcement.
