About approval of Changes to Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to articles 15 and 25 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and for the purpose of effective use of instruments of regulation of liquidity of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Approve the Change in Regulations on regulation of liquidity of banks of Ukraine by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 30, 2009 No. 259, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 6, 2009 for No. 410/16426 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", but not earlier than day of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Prikhodko B. V.
