Some questions of release of finance treasurer bills

According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2014" and Item 19 of subsection 10 of the Section XX "Transitional provisions" of the Tax code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Perform by issue by bodies of the Public treasurer service of finance treasurer bills:

1) restructuring of the actual budget debt which was formed as of January 1, 2014, taking into account condition of its repayment on expenses (further - the actual budget debt) according to the budget programs approved with the corresponding main managers of budgetary funds (except expenses on compensation and social security) in part:

budget accounts payable of managers of budgetary funds and debt on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and water disposal which were made, transported and delivered to the population, the actual cost of heat energy and services in centralized water supply and water disposal formed in connection with discrepancy to rates which affirmed and/or approved by public authorities or local government bodies;

budget obligations of receivers of budgetary funds;
