According to requirements of Articles 7, of 25, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 1993 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 44 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 14, 2013 No. 163 "About change of terms of calculations for transactions on export and commodity import and introductions of obligatory sale of receipts in foreign currency", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on May 14, 2013 for No. 718/23250, such changes:

Paragraph one of Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. Establish the requirement of obligatory sale in the interbank foreign exchange market of Ukraine of the receipts in foreign currency from abroad for benefit of legal entities which are not authorized banks and physical persons - entrepreneurs";

In paragraph one of Item 3 of the word "extends also to own transactions of authorized banks" shall be replaced with words 2) "extend to own transactions of authorized banks under the external economic agreements".
