1. Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning separate types of hours (codes 9102 11 000 0 and 9102 29 000 0 FEACN CU) in the amount of 10 percent from customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, from September 2, 2013 to August 31, 2014 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) to add line items with codes 9102 11 000 0 and 9102 29 000 0 FEACN CU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<25C>";

b) add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union with the note 25C of the following content:

"<25C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 10% of customs value, but at least 4 euros for 1 piece, are applied from 02.09.2013 till 31.08.2014 inclusive.".
