About modification of some decisions of the Eurasian economic commission concerning separate types of motor vehicles

The board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) in additional notes of the Customs union to group 87:

state the note 6 in the following edition:

"6. In goods item the 8703rd term "cross-country vehicles" means the motor vehicles meeting all following conditions:

a) the complete mass of the vehicle constitutes less than 5 000 kg;

b) the single closed internal space consists of zone for the driver and one or two passengers located in the same row with the driver (zone 1), and zone which can be used for transportation of both people, and loads (zone 2);

c) both zones are equipped with permanent places for fixture and can be devices for installation of seats and safety controls for each person, seat fixed, developing or removable;

d) the quantity of seats which can be established in two zones shall provide possibility of transportation no more than 9 people, including the driver;

e) sidewalls of zone 2 are equipped with windows;

e) the zone 2 has at least one door equipped with window in sidewall or behind;

g) the road gleam (including regulated) provided by the producer of the vehicle constitutes at least 210 mm;

h) there is all-wheel drive switched to 2 wheels or not switched.";

add with the note 7 of the following content:

"7. In subsubline item 8703 21 109 1:

a) the term "motor vehicles of the increased passability" is applied to the motor vehicles which are not intended for movement on public roads;
