About entering of amendments into the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in the Tax code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, No. 8, the Art. 922) the following amendments:

1. To add part 1 of Article 348 with Items 9-11 of the following content:

"9) services of hairdressing salons and beauty shops;

10) services of private stomatology;

11) services of lease of billboards.".

2. To add part 2 of Article 349 with Items 9-11 of the following content:

9) Services of hairdressing salons and beauty shops 1 landing chair of 2000 som

10) Services of private stomatology 1 landing chair of 5000 som

11) Services of leasing of billboards 1 billboard of 5000 som

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after two months from the date of official publication.

Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law taking into account the level of profitability and location of hairdressing salons, beauty shops and billboards in a month.
