1. Take into consideration that NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" step by step realizes the investment project "Doobustroystvo of the Field Southern Kemachi" providing:

at the I stage (deadline - 2016) construction of facilities for production, transportations, preparation and the return pumping gas in saykling-process layer with amount of capital investments in the amount equivalent to the 359th 322, 84 thousand dollars of the USA;

construction within the II stage of the investment project of 37 operational wells and booster compressor station.

2. Determine sources of financing of realization of the I stage of the investment project "Doobustroystvo of the Field Southern Kemachi":

own means of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" in the amount equivalent to the 326th 307, 66 thousand dollars of the USA;

 the credit of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the amount of, equivalent 33rd 015, 18 thousand dollars of the USA, allocated for acquisition of the import equipment and materials, refinanced through OAKB "Uzpromstroybank", for a period of 7 years, including grace period - 2 years, with interest rate of 4,0 of annual interest rate, including margin of the refinancing bank in the amount of annual interest rate 1,0.

3. Determine that:

NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" is borrower and the executive body responsible for implementation of the specified investment project, target and effective use of the vydelyamy credit of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

 the expenses connected with repayment and servicing of the credit of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan are performed at the expense of own means of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz".
