2. In a month to transfer JSC Uzavtosanoat together with the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, and to the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan to accept property complex on the right of operational management and to provide its effective and target use.
3. Third Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 14, 2011 "About measures for optimization of social infrastructure of GAO "TAPOiCh" to state the paragraph to No. 111 in the following edition:
"to transfer of JSC Uzavtosanoat on salvage value, on account of increase in share of the state in authorized capital of the company, the GAO "TAPOiCh" Sports center "Tennis courts" located in Hamzinsky district of Tashkent".
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan U. U. Rozukulov.
