About modification and amendments in Regulations on compensation of the value added tax

For the purpose of execution of article II of the Law No. 73 of April 11, 2013 on introduction of amendments to article 101-2 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, No. 91, of the Art. 292), the Government DECIDES:

In the Regulations on compensation of the value added tax approved by the Order of the Government No. 93 of February 1, 2013. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 27-30, 140), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
