About modification of the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of custom union

Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of custom union approved by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 18, 2010 No. 318, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Regulations on procedure of phytosanitary quarantine control (supervision) on customs border of custom union

1. To state the subitem 2 of Item 1.2 in the following edition:

"2) when exporting from customs area of custom union of quarantine products.".

2. In Item 1.3:

a) in paragraph one shall be replaced with words the word of "Parties" "state members of custom union (further – the Parties)";

b) paragraph two after the words "according to the international legislation" to add with the words "including for holding the international exhibitions".
