About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on social benefit No. 133-XVI of June 13, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To replace 1) in Item 11 of the Resolution of figure "200" with figures "250";

2) in the Provision:

a) state Item 29 in the following edition:

"29. Summing of points of indicators determines joint account of family. If this account is provided by number smaller or equal 90 - the family is subject to selection for provision of the right to social benefit and/or benefit for the cold period of year.";

b) to add the second paragraph of Item 37 after the words "Amounts of Social Benefit" with the words "and benefits for the cold period of year";

c) at the end to add Item 53 with the words "and benefits for the cold period of year";

d) in Item 54 of the word "social benefit, from the current account" shall be replaced with words "social benefit and benefit for the cold period of year from the current accounts";

e) to add Item 57 after words of "social benefit" with the words "and benefits for the cold period of year".

2. Provisions of this Resolution become effective since October 1, 2013.
