1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of May 8, 2007 No. 310 "About approval of the Regulations on Public service on quarantine of plants of Ukraine", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2007 for No. 532/13799.

2. To department of agriculture (to Demidov A. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister Bisyuk I. Yu.
