1. Article 59 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 12, Art. 81; 2004, 19, the Art. 257) to add No. with part seven of the following content:
"The omission through customs border of Ukraine and customs clearance of radioactive materials are performed by customs authorities of Ukraine based on the authority for the move of radioactive materials got with use of information technologies issued by the central executive body which provides forming and realizes state policy in the field of safety of use of nuclear energy".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
