According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 633, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning housing and communal services of April 26, 2004 No. 89 "About approval of Certification requirements to subjects of seed farming in the field of flower and decorative seeds and landing material", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 14, 2004 for No. 612/9211;

the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of February 22, 2008 No. 43 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of certification requirements by subjects of seed farming in the field of flower and decorative seeds and landing material", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 23, 2008 for No. 352/15043.

2. To management of improvement of the territories and public service (to Barinov N. A.) together with Department of normative legal regulation (Ishutko of Page Yu.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Belousov A. L.
