About creation of the single information circle of the social sphere and ensuring exchange of information between the central executive bodies

In pursuance of subitem 48.2 of Item 48 of the Section V of the National plan of action for 2013 for implementation of the Program of economic reforms for 2010-2014 "Rich society, competitive economy, the effective state" approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of March 12, 2013 No. 128, the Ukraine Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. To the ministry of social policy together with the Pension fund of Ukraine, Public service of employment, Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases, Public service concerning disabled people and veterans, Social Security Fund of disabled people:

organize in 2013-2014 carrying out in the Kiev and Vinnytsia regions of experiment on creation of the single information circle of the social sphere and implementation of the national card as single identifier of the citizen of Ukraine in the field of social security of the population which is used for receipt of pensions and other social payments (further - national card), based on technology of National Bank with capacity utilization of the state and capitalized by the state banks (further - experiment);

provide by results of experiment of creation of the single information circle of the social sphere, its further implementation and maintenance in urgent condition with possibility of use of information exchange system of National Bank.

2. To the ministry of social policy together with the Pension fund of Ukraine, Public service of employment, Social Insurance Fund on temporary disability, Social Insurance Fund from labor accidents and occupational diseases, Public service concerning disabled people and veterans, Social Security Fund of disabled people and to the Ministry of Finance to provide for results of experiment of implementation and use of the national card.
