About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning accomplishment of judgments

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 19-20, of Art. 142; 2012, No. 32-33, of Art. 413; 2013, No. 8, Art. 66 with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of October 2, 2012 No. 5411-VI):

Part the second Article 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The decision on money recovery from state bodies, state and local budgets or budgetary institutions are carried out by the bodies performing treasurer servicing of budgetary funds";

Part the second Article 28 to add 2) with words "and also in case of accomplishment of decisions according to the procedure, established by the Law of Ukraine "About guarantees of the state on execution of judgments";

Part one of Article 37 to add 3) with Item 18 of the following content:

"18) the directions of the executive document in the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of treasurer servicing of budgetary funds in the case provided by part three of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About guarantees of the state on execution of judgments";

4) in Article 39:

the second offer of part one to state in the following edition: "The resolution on suspension of enforcement proceeding on the bases provided by Items 1-17 of part one of article 37 of this Law, the state contractor takes out no later than the next working day when he knew of such circumstances, and from the basis, stipulated in Item 18 parts one of article 37 of this Law, - in day of sending the executive document to the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of treasurer servicing of budgetary funds";
