About limiting establishment of amount of issue of finance treasurer bills for debt repayment on difference in rates for heat energy, services in centralized water supply and drainage system

According to article 22 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2013" and for the purpose of ensuring preparation for heating season of 2013/14 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Establish the amount of issue of finance treasurer bills created based on information of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations by results of limiting inventory count:

in the amount 2850630, one thousand hryvnias - for debt repayment on difference in rates for heat energy which was formed as of January 1, 2013 in connection with discrepancy of actual cost of heat energy which was made, transported and delivered to the population, rates which affirmed and/or approved by public authorities or local government bodies, and in the amount of 3878894 thousand hryvnias - for repayment of such debt formed in the current year as of October 1, 2013;

in the amount 2226155, one thousand hryvnias - for debt repayment on the difference in rates for services in centralized water supply and drainage system formed as of October 1, 2013 in connection with discrepancy of actual cost of services in centralized water supply and drainage system which were made, transported and delivered to the population, rates which affirmed and/or approved by public authorities or local government bodies.
