Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2010 No. 656 "About establishment of the monthly government address assistance to pension to disabled veterans and combatants" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 57, Art. 1968; 2012, No. 2, Art. 51; 2013, No. 21, Art. 704) following changes:

 to replace paragraph two of Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Determine that the monthly government address assistance to pension provided by paragraph one of this Item II and III groups of number of combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and war of 1945 with imperialistic Japan and to combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and war of 1945 with imperialistic Japan which performed 85 years and more is paid to disabled veterans in the amount of, established for disabled veterans of the I group:

since May 1, 2013 - to disabled people from among combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and to combatants in the period of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945;

since September 1, 2013 - to disabled people from among combatants during war of 1945 with imperialistic Japan and to combatants during war of 1945 with imperialistic Japan. ".

in Item 2 of the word and figures "provided by the budget program 3513020 "The grant to the Pension fund of Ukraine on provision of pensions of the military personnel, pension payment, allowances and increases to the pensions granted according to different pension plans" shall be replaced with words also in figures "provided by the budget program 2506020 "The grant for pension payment, allowances and increases to the pensions granted according to different pension plans".
