Make change to Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the imposing and collection of penalties for violation of the law on consumer protection approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 17, 2002 No. 1177 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 34, Art. 1587; 2012, No. 11, the Art. 403), having added it after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:
"Restriction or refusal in realization of the rights of the consumers established by part two of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About consumer protection" - in the amount of five hundred free minima of the income of citizens; ".
With respect thereto third - the eleventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fourth - the twelfth.
