About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2008 No. 780 "About approval of Rules of carrying out strain testing of agricultural plants"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 28, 2008 No. 780 "About approval of Rules of carrying out strain testing of agricultural plants" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 35, the Art. 382) the following amendments:

in Rules of carrying out strain testing of the agricultural plants approved by the specified resolution:

add Item 12 with part two of the following content:

"Check of correctness of the offered name of selection achievement is performed by state commissions in two-month time from receipt date of materials of the request from the expert organization.";

add Item 14 with part two of the following content:

"If during the specified term the applicant does not offer the new name conforming to the specified requirements or will not dispute refusal in approval of the name of selection achievement in appeal council, the authorized body refuses registration of selection achievement.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
