Make change to the Provision "About Signs of Solvency and Rules of Exchange of Banknotes and Coins of the Kyrgyz Republic" approved by the resolution of Board of NBKR No. 33/5 of 27.08.2008, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of 02.10.2008, registration number 122-08 (is attached).
2. Publish this resolution on the official site of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. After official publication to send to Legal management this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for entering into the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after 15 days from the date of official publication.
5. To management of cash liquidity to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks, financial credit institutes, regional managements and the Batken representative office of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Alybayeva S. K., board member of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
