The ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine in connection with numerous requests of payers concerning submission of the reporting and assignment in state and local budgets of part of net profit (income) utility both the state unitary enterprises and their associations reports.
According to Art. 11-1 of the Law of Ukraine of 21.09.2006 "About management of objects of state-owned property" the state unitary enterprises (except the state company of servicing of air traffic of Ukraine Ukrayerorukh according to the Law of Ukraine "About accession of Ukraine to the Multilateral agreement about payment of route charges", the state company for ensuring functioning of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of foreign states, representative offices of international intergovernmental organizations in Ukraine of Public administration by cases, and also the state companies "The international children's center "Artek" and "The Ukrainian children's center "Young Guard") and their associations shall send to No. 185-V part of net profit (income) to the Government budget of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:
in the amount of 30 percent - the state unitary enterprises which are subjects of natural monopolies, and the state unitary enterprises which planned settlement amount of net profit exceeds 50 million hryvnias;
in the amount of 15 percent - other state unitary enterprises.
