1. Approve limit of regulatory regulation of the income of subjects which perform transportation of heat energy, centralized water supply and drainage system, on regulated rate in the amount of % 14,97.
2. (Pendzin O. V.) to provide to development department of real production sector submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective since January 01, 2014.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
