1. The paragraph of the sixth of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes), to state in such edition:

"Rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine as depositary to clients - depositaries correspondents, issuers, depository institutions, clearing organizations and PJSC SETTLEMENT CENTER ON SERVICING of AGREEMENTS IN the FINANCIAL MARKETS and system of quantitative accounting of SERTIF of the National Bank of Ukraine - to the exchanges which are applied".
