About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather social protection of homeless persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. The Item of part one of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About local self-government in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1997, No. 24, Art. 170; 2003, No. 45, Art. 360; 2006, No. 12, Art. 104; 2013, 15, the Art. 97, No. 24, Art. 243 with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of October 16, 2012 No. 5461-VI and of July 2, 2013 No. 379-VII) to add No. with subitems 15 and 16 of the following content:

"15) organization of provision of social services to homeless persons;

16) implementation according to the law of the measures directed to prevention of homelessness of persons".

2. In part one of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About local public administrations" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999 p., No. 20-21, of Art. 190; 2006, No. 12, Art. 104; 2011, No. 44, Art. 461):

Item 2 after words of "material and technical resources" to add 1) with words of "the centers of accounting of homeless persons";

To add 2) with Item 10 of the following content:

"Performs 10) according to the law of measure, the homelessnesses of persons directed to prevention".

3. Paragraph one of part seven of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 20-21, of Art. 291; 2009, 50, 754) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
