About modification of the Customs code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Customs code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, Art. No. No. 44-48, 552) the following changes:

1. In Article 140 :

after the words "at check points" to add with words "(control Items)";

"air and water" shall be replaced with words words "air, water and railway".

2. In Article 143 :

in the name and the text of the word "air and water" shall be replaced with words "air, water or railway", and the words "air (water)" in all cases and numbers - the words "air (water or railway)" in the corresponding case and number;

add with parts seven - the nineteenth the following content:

"7. Delivery of goods by duty-free shops aboard the air vehicle of the commercial appointment performing the international flight from other check point through frontier of Ukraine than where the duty-free shop is located, is performed under control of officials of body of the income and charges in the location of duty-free shop in containers under customs providing and/or providing the owner of duty-free shop.

8. To the official of the body of the income and charges exercising customs control and customs clearance of the goods specified in part seven of this Article shipping documents on such goods with indication of the check point from which accomplishment of the international flight, and the report on the goods delivered, realized and not realized on the air vehicle which form affirms the central executive body providing forming and realizing the state tax and customs policy is planned are submitted.
