About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning payment of court fee

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

 Chapter 4 to add 1) with Article 40-1 of the following content:

" Article 40-1. Court fee

Court fee in proceeedings about administrative offense in case of pronouncement by court (judge) of the resolution on imposing of administrative punishment is paid by face on who it is put such collection.

The size and payment procedure of the state fee is established by the law";

 Article 283 after part four to add 2) with new part of the following content:

"The court order (judges) about imposing of administrative punishment shall contain regulations on collection from person concerning whom it is taken out of court fee".

With respect thereto the fifth - the seventh to consider parts respectively parts six - the eighth.

2. In the Law of Ukraine "About court fee" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2012, No. 14, the Art. 87, Art. No. No. 32-33, 413):

The text of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Court fee - the collection levied in all territory of Ukraine for filing of applications, claims in court for issue of documents by courts, and also in case of adoption of the separate judgments provided by this Law. Court fee is included court costs";

 Part one of Article 2 to add 2) with the words "or on which the judgment provided by this Law is made";

 Part one of Article 3 to add 3) with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"In case of adoption of the judgment provided by this Law";

4) in Article 4 :
