About prolongation of application of anti-dumping measure concerning the rolling bearings (except for needle) coming from People's Republic of China and imported (imported) on single customs area of the Customs union

According to Item 3 of article 17 of the Agreement on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries of January 25, 2008, based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market prepared by results of the repeated investigation made in connection with expiration of the anti-dumping measure established by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of June 22, 2011 No. 705, and after consultations with the Advisory committee on trade the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Apply anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of 20 January of 2018 inclusive of anti-dumping duty in sizes according to appendix concerning imported (imported) on single customs area of the Customs union goods coming from People's Republic of China classified by codes 8482 10 100 1, 8482 10 100 2, 8482 10 100 9, 8482 10 900 1, 8482 10 900 2, 8482 10 900 3, 8482 10 900 8, 8482 20 000 1, 8482 20 000 2, 8482 20 000 9, 8482 30 000 1, 8482 30 000 9, 8482 50 000 1, 8482 50 000 2, 8482 50 000 9, 8482 80 000 1, 8482 80 000 2, 8482 80 000 9, 8482 91 100 0, 8482 91 900 0, 8482 99 000 0 FEACN CU.

For the purposes of application of the specified anti-dumping measure the goods are determined by the FEACN CU code.

2. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Federal Customs Service:
