1. Approve the Concept of state policy in the field of consumer protection which is applied.
2. Recommend to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, to the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city state administrations to approve the corresponding regional protection programs of the rights of consumers in three-months time.
3. To the Ministry of economic development and trade, the Ministry of Justice, the State inspectorate for consumer protection to develop the State committee of television and broadcasting and in a month to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the actions plan on implementation of the Concept approved by this order.
