About modification of the Schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the international treaties creating the Common economic space

Having taken into consideration information of the member of Board (Minister) of power and infrastructure of the Eurasian economic commission Akhmetov D. K. about execution of Section 12 of the Schedule of development of documents for the purpose of implementation of the international treaties creating the Common economic space, the Council of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of May 14, 2012 No. 29 (further – the Schedule), and in pursuance of Item 3 of the specified Decision, the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring the following changes in column 7 of the Schedule:

b) in Item 12.2 "–" shall be replaced with words sign "are signed the agreement on data exchange of hourly sizes of overflows of the electric power on accounting points on MGLEP between JSC FGC UES (Russian Federation) – JSC KEGOC (Republic of Kazakhstan) of November 25, 2009 No. 13-C-1125, the agreement on procedure for determination and data exchange of hourly sizes of balance of overflows of the electric power between JSC FGC UES and GPO "Belenergo" of June 29, 2012";
