About registration of RRO
By article 3 of the Law of Ukraine of July 6, 1995 No. 265/95-BP "About application of registrars of settlement transactions in the field of trade, public catering and services" it is determined that the subjects of managing performing settlement transactions in cash and/or non-cash form shall apply RRO included in the State register of registrars of settlement transactions (further - the State register), with observance of established procedure of their application.

According to item 4 of the specified Provision the technical commission according to the tasks assigned to it prepares and provides offers concerning terms and procedure for conclusion from operation or completion of RRO, do not conform to new requirements, in case of change of fiscal requirements or requirements of regulating documents to registrars.
