In Item 9 of the Regulations on procedure for the carrying out the two-stage competitive biddings in capital construction approved by the resolution of the State committee on architecture and construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 30, 2003 No. 10 (рег. No. 1303 of January 24, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 4, Art. 45), shall be replaced with words the words "on demonopolization" "on privatization, demonopolization".
2. This resolution is subject to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
