noting need of observance by state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (further - state members) provisions of the Convention and Customs Code of the Customs Union,
in view of possible risks of violation of the customs legislation of the Customs union in absence period in the territory of the Russian Federation of the warranty consolidation provided by the Convention and recognizing with respect thereto risks of not receipt of customs duties, taxes in budgets of state members in full,
