1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 10, 2011 No. 120 "About approval of Rules of determination of historical costs and cost of geological information" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2011, No. 19, the Art. 231) the following changes and amendments:
in the Rules of determination of historical costs and cost of geological information approved by the specified resolution:
add with Items 6-1, 7-1 of the following content:
"6-1. On cartogram of geological study shall be shown: contour and geographical coordinates of angular points of the contract area; contours of all geological researches which are earlier executed in the contract area.
All exploration works performed in the contract area are brought in the inventory sheet of the exploration works which are carried out on object (further - the inventory sheet), in form according to appendix 1 to these rules.
The works which are actually carried out on object(s) are excluded from the inventory sheet and entered in the certificate of exception of exploration works (further - the certificate of exception) in form according to appendix 2 to these rules according to which actual costs are completely excluded from calculation of historical costs.
The works on object(s) which remained in the inventory sheet are entered in the certificate of calculation of part of costs of the exploration works referred to historical costs on the contract area (further - the certificate of calculation), in form according to appendix 3 to these rules.
